Why am I not receiving a temporary password to reset my account?

If you've checked several times (both your cell phone and your email) and you have not received a password reset message:

  • Check your junk/spam folder
  • Check your filtered text messages


If you're still missing a password reset message, please submit a ticket to our Helpdesk and someone at Cine-Casting will be able to assist you.
