Why are my profile selections not saving?

This will require some initial trouble shooting on your part. Here are some recommendations on where you can start:

  • Refresh the web page and attempt saving your selections again.
  • Try logging out and then logging back in.
  • Delete your history, cookies/cachet and restart your device.
  • Switch browsers (Safari to Google Chrome or vice versa).
