Why can't I select multiple options?

To select multiple options:

On a Mac / Apple computer, hold down the Command button while clicking on the items you wish to select.
On a Windows / PC computer, hold down the Control button while clicking on the items you wish to select.
On a smart phone or tablet, you can select multiple options by simply tapping each item with your finger.

***Do not hold down the SHIFT button, as that will result in selecting all items in between the ones you want to select.
