We understand that emergencies happen. If you're booked to work but can no longer attend, please notify us immediately so we have time to find a replacement.
Do not wait until the last minute if you already know you won't be able to work.
Important Note for App Bookings: "Pass" Does NOT Cancel a Booking
Once you've been booked, clicking "Pass" in the talent portal does not cancel your booking.
If you need to cancel, you must email us directly asap.
Your cancellation email should include:
Subject Line
- Project Name - Booking Date - Cancellation
Body of the Email
- Your first and last name
- Project name
- Booking date(s)
- Reason for your cancellation
Providing this information allows our team to quickly update production and begin finding a replacement.
If You Become Sick or Have an Emergency
If you become ill, are involved in an emergency or are delayed on the filming day, contact our office immediately. If it's outside normal business hours, please text our office asap.
The sooner we know, the sooner we can notify production and make alternate arrangements.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Because productions rely on confirmed background actors to keep filming on schedule, repeated cancellations and no-shows affect future booking opportunities.
- No-shows (failing to report to set without notifying casting) may result in not being considered for future bookings.
- Last-minute cancellations (generally within 24 hours of your call time, unless due to an emergency) may result in not being considered for future bookings.
- Cancellations submitted without an explanation may be treated as a no-show if we are unable to determine what happened.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Honest, prompt communication is always appreciated and allows us to work with you whenever possible.
