Why doesn't my booking email include a call time?

Modified on Sat, 4 Jul at 11:25 AM

It's completely normal for your Booking Email not to include your call time, filming location or other day-of details.

Production often doesn't finalize those details until the day before filming, and they may continue to change as schedules are updated.

Once production releases the final schedule, you'll receive a separate Call Information Email (often referred to as a "Call Info"), typically the day before your work date.

Your Call Info email will usually include:

  • Your call time
  • Filming location
  • Parking or transportation instructions
  • Check-in procedures
  • Updated wardrobe or production notes
  • Any additional information you'll need before arriving on set

Please be patient while waiting for your Call Info. If we don't have your call time yet, it's because production hasn't released it to the casting department. As soon as we receive updated information, we'll send it to you as quickly as possible.
