What should I do if I haven't received my paycheck?

Most productions issue payment within 2 to 3 weeks of a work date. 

If you haven't received your paycheck after the expected timeframe:

1. Check your voucher for the payroll company's contact information.
2. Contact the payroll company directly to request an update.
3. Keep a copy of all correspondence.

If you do not receive a response from the payroll company within 48 hours, you're welcome to contact Cine-Casting and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your full name
• Project name
• Date(s) worked
• A copy of your voucher (if available)

Please note that Cine-Casting does not issue paychecks and cannot process payroll corrections, but we're happy to help direct you to the appropriate contact whenever possible.
